Important Notes

Most orders will ship when complete. We will ship your order when all items are ready to ship. Free shipping is limited to the continental USA only. We offer affordable rates to Hawaii, and Alaska. OEM parts, chemicals, and certain oversized items (single tires, ramps, etc.) can only be shipped via Ground Services.

Processing Time

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.
  • However, there are some instances where we need to verify the shipping address or the credit card to avoid fraudulent activity.

Website Availability

  • All items on the Evinmotors website listed as "available" are either in stock, or close by. Evinmotors utilizes several warehouses to source your parts.
  • We carry many items from many brands in stock; however, in some cases we source our products from other warehouses to ship from our Puerto Rico location. In this case you will be notified the actual ship date of your package.

Free Shipping from Terms and Conditions

  • All orders $99.00 and over (including sale and closeout items!) qualify for free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 US states and Puerto Rico
  • Orders shipping to an APO address qualify for free shipping
  • Orders given free freight cost will typically be shipped via Ground (USPS)
  • Shipping changes including intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $15 Service fee per shipment
  • Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout in order to receive promotion
  • We are currently not shipping outside continental US and Puerto Rico.


  • No returns will be accepted for the following items:
    • Electrical Parts
    • Tubes
    • Wheels
    • Helmets
    • CD's/DVD's
    • Lens
  • All sales are final after 30 days
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging (with labels) and undamaged.
  • All sales of discontinued or clearance items are final
  • There will be no refunds or exchange for Special Orders, in the case an SO (Special Order) must be issued, the customer will be notified.
