Shipping Policy

    • Special orders typically require 2-4 weeks for delivery.

    • Once the order has been placed, we will provide updates regarding the status and estimated delivery timeframe.

    • In the event of any back orders, customers will be notified via email with updated delivery details.

  2. Shipping Fees:

    • Shipping fees for special orders will be calculated at checkout and included in your final payment.

    • Any additional customs, duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

  3. Tracking Information:

    • A tracking number will be provided once the item has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to update.

Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  2. Inspection Upon Delivery:

    • Customers are advised to inspect the item upon delivery and report any issues within 5 business days.

    • Any claims for defective or damaged items must include photographic evidence.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized special orders are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is identified.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds will only be issued for special orders in the following cases:

      • The item arrives defective or damaged.

      • The item delivered is incorrect (not as described in your order confirmation).

  2. Process for Refunds:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • Special orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

    • After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as the order will already be in processing.
